Jobs latest

Nothing from the spa bath people.

Nothing from the company that's built a critical mass in its back garden and doesn't know what to do with it next.

Nothing from the hair people.

Nothing from the newly engaged biscuit 'n' chocolate companies.

Even Nigel, the desperately nice headhunter, who must now be hurting so much inside that he has to swallow a packet of Elastoplast every morning to stem the bleeding, has stopped sending his caring e-mails.

A franchise has been suggested (thanks, Debio), and I'm inclined to think Megadik might be a good bet. At least the product name is memorable and, above all, there'd be plenty of opportunities for business expansion......If you believe toilet stalker Leon, that is.

Exciting tagging facts coming soon, just as soon as I've thought of some.

I do know how stressful this all is, having been in a similar situation and having somehow, just about, survived. I hope something positive happens very soon. x

Megadick seems your best best OM, such a catchy name. Start with the mug and the t-shirt, and see where it goes from there...

Thanks, Marianne and IB. It is stressful. But I'm sure a nice cup of coffee in that Megadik mug will soon sooth the cares away......

Sorry - see I misspelt both megadik and bet (as in'best best', not best
bet)!

Still, I'm sure you got the gist anyway.

It's nice to know that you're so meticulous, even when it comes to brands like this. Mind you, I'd expect nothing less. Would you be on for the proof-reading for the mugs? (Or suggestively shaped wine range - the bottles, I mean, not the wine?)

Found myself, oddly, thinking of Megadik this morning...think you should get into advertising - or have you already been there?...

Omega Mum said...

There's nothing odd in thinking about Megadik. I was going to say it grows on you - but I don't think that's quite what I mean.....

Great name for a franchise.

Would you have your employees wear a company uniform?

Omega Mum said...

Crushed by Ing: Nice to hear from you. I think the company uniform would be optional as it would allow the product to - ahem - speak for itself........

Only a few weeks ago, I was in the same stressful place -- take care of yourself, and stay positive!

Thanks, Kimber. Keep your fingers crossed.

Great blog Omega Mum! I've been reading for about a week, and I really hope that something great happens soon.

Just a small thing though, there seems to be a problem with your RSS feed, Asbestos B Womb is showing as your most recent post, before this one :S

Freddie - I'm so sorry about feed. I could try enabling it again, I suppose.... Does anyone have any ideas?

Is my crystal ball needed here? I predict a rosy future and happiness all round. You could make a bomb selling your blogs, they're brilliant. Crystal x

OM - forget about the feed, you've got bigger fish to fry right now! It seems to be working now anyway, your tagging post is most recent. Did you edit Asbestos B Womb after posting? If you did, that might have pushed it up...

But, omega mum, did Francis want these jobs anyway? This is such a horrid time but there is something out there and I'm sure it will happen soon...
Wouls just love a Megadik T-shirt here - probably be arrested in a nano second.....
